Agronomy

Agricultural science is a broad multidisciplinary field that encompasses the parts of exact, natural, economic and social sciences that are used in the practice and understanding of agriculture.

Environment

It comprises all living and non-living things that occur naturally on Earth or some part of it. This term includes a few key components:
1. Complete ecological units that function as natural systems without massive human intervention, including all vegetation, animals, microorganisms, rocks, atmosphere and natural phenomena that occur within their boundaries.
2. Universal natural resources and physical phenomena that lack clear-cut boundaries, such as air, water, and climate, as well as energy, radiation, electric charge, and magnetism, not originating from human activity.

Forestry

In the context of climate change, forests play an important role - not only as regards trapping carbon, but also through the production of biomass, and their potential in terms of renewable forms of energy. Environmentally, too, forests are essential to preserving biodiversity and combating climate change. Lastly, forests are socially and culturally important: attractive to city dwellers, they provide opportunities for recreational and healthy activities and represent a not inconsiderable cultural heritage. Professional Training

The term training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. On-the-job training takes place in a normal working situation, using the actual tools, equipment, documents or materials that trainees will use when fully trained. On-the-job training has a general reputation as most effective for vocational work.

Soil Science

Pedology (from Greek: πεδον, pedon, "soil"; and λογος, logos, "knowledge") is the study of soils in its natural environment. It is one of two main branches of soil science, the other being edaphology (influence of soil on organisms, especially plants). Pedology deals with pedogenesis, soil morphology, soil classification and land evaluation.
