Timesis Ltd was founded in 1991. It is a consultancy company dealing with projects formulation in the following fields: agronomy, forestry and environment. It coordinates the experience of independent professionals, specialists in soil sciences, geology, agronomy, forestry, nature, land planning and management.

Timesis deals with:

• Preparation of projects concerning agricultural and forestry development in the Mediterranean area and in developing countries.

• Soils studies, thematic cartography for land use and suitability.
• Evaluation of land resources for urban, agricultural and forest use.

Timesis has its own laboratory for physical analyses: determination of water retention on undisturbed soil samples, bulk density, pH and EC. It also works with other laboratories dealing in physical-chemical analyses of soil and water, and with Italian and foreign universities and research centers.
